Why fresh pasta?
Pasta means Sunday lunches at a trattoria, family dinners at our grandparents' house, and chaotic cooking sessions with friends. It's tradition, but also connection.
How it started
A taste of home
Living abroad, you always look for a taste of home. And for Italians, sooner or later, that moment comes:
“Should we make fresh pasta tonight?”
That's where PASTAFRESCA 013 was born, from those simple, shared moments we wanted to recreate and share with others. And yes, also to bring a piece of home to Italians in Tilburg.
What we want to be for you

A moment of comfort, wherever you are. We bring fresh pasta, and the feeling around it, to your event, your table, your space. Simple, honest food, made to be shared.
We are two Italian cooks based in Tilburg, passionate about fresh pasta and traditional recipes. Every dish we serve is made by us, from the dough to the final plate, bringing our background, our habits, and our idea of Italian cooking to you.
