Terms
Terms and conditions
1. Who we are
Pasta Fresca 013, Heuvelstraat 37, 5038 CP Tilburg, the Netherlands. KvK number 97184772. VAT identification number NL005254039B58. Telephone +31 6 5362 0764. Email info@pastafresca013.nl. These terms apply to catering, events and other agreements you make with us through this website, by email or by phone.
2. Delivery orders
You order delivery on our web shop. Orders placed there, and paying for them, follow the terms shown in the web shop. We cook and deliver Tuesday to Sunday from 16:00 to 21:30 and are closed on Mondays.
3. Offers and bookings
For catering and events we send you an offer in writing that sets out the menu, the number of guests, the price, the date and any conditions for that event. The agreement is made when you accept the offer in writing. What the offer says comes before these terms.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT, unless the offer says otherwise. How and when you pay is stated in the offer.
5. Allergies
Our kitchen works with wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, nuts and other allergens, so we cannot rule out traces in any dish. Tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you ask for an offer: we can tell you which of the fourteen legally listed allergens each dish contains.
6. Changing or cancelling
Catering booked for a specific date is not covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (Dutch Civil Code, article 6:230p). Changing or cancelling a booking follows the conditions in the offer; if the offer says nothing about it, tell us as soon as possible and we look for a fair solution together.
7. Complaints
Is something not right? Tell us the same day, by email or phone, if possible with a photo. We look for a fair solution, such as a replacement or a refund for the part that was not right.
8. Liability
We are responsible for preparing and serving your food with care. Our liability is limited to the amount of the agreement concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit, for instance in the case of intent or gross negligence.
9. Law
Dutch law applies. A dispute goes to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to choose another court.
How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy statement.
